Site manager for interior fit-out (f/m/d) full-time Germany-wide

We are hiring:

Site manager in interior fit-out (f/m/d)
Full-time Germany-wide

As our site manager (m/f/d), you will coordinate the entire process of your construction projects and ensure that the construction work is carried out properly. Your area of operation is Germany-wide.

Your tasks
  • Monitoring and controlling construction sites
  • Compliance with the specifications (building permit, plans, other regulations)
  • Regular inspection of the proper implementation of the construction work
  • Management of own employees and subcontractors
  • Elaboration of the individual processes and creation of a construction schedule
  • Detailed clarification and agreements with the client
  • Acceptance of services and deliveries
  • Compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Cost control and invoice verification
What you bring with you
  • Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or master craftsman (m/f/d) with appropriate knowledge of the applicable standards, guidelines and regulations as well as sound legal knowledge of relevant technical building regulations and guidelines
  • Professional experience in the construction industry/interior finishing and/or in the building materials industry
  • Willingness to travel at full cost
  • Solid experience in the management of construction projects
  • Suppliers and subcontractors are equal partners for them
  • great commitment and initiative as well as willingness to take responsibility
  • strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) and strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in German
