We are hiring:

Project Manager in Interior Construction (f/m/d)
Full-time Germany-wide

Do you have a talent for organization and are you experienced in dealing with employees and customers? Then working as our new project manager (m/f/d) at LIERSCH retail solution is just right for you!

Your tasks
  • Independent and holistic supervision of projects
  • Participation and coordination in work preparation
  • Preparation and updating of awarding and scheduling plans
  • Technical leadership, organization and coordination of the project team
  • Monitoring, coordination, quality assurance and invoicing of subcontractor trades
  • Control of the entire project in terms of cost, quality and deadline
  • Target-oriented communication with customers, architects, planning participants and subcontractors
What do you bring with you
  • Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture or comparable qualification with appropriate knowledge of the applicable standards, guidelines and regulations as well as sound legal knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
  • Solid experience in the management of construction projects
  • Suppliers and subcontractors are equal partners for them
  • great commitment and initiative as well as willingness to take responsibility
  • strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) and strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in German
  • Negotiating skills, cost awareness and organizational skills
