Your tasks

• General project organization and project management
• Coordination of appointments and meetings
• Communication with internal and external partners
• Support in the preparation of reports and minutes
• Document management and filing
• Relevant correspondence

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. Office management
• First professional experience an advantage
• great commitment and initiative as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and organizational talent
• You have secure software knowledge MS-Office package, possibly also PDS
