As our new employee in the accounting department, you will have a versatile and responsible position with friendly colleagues, flat hierarchies and short communication channels. In Mainz Bretzenheim, around 30 motivated employees “live” professional shopfitting and interior design that works together as a strong team for its customers. Trends and innovations are incorporated into customers’ projects, as is the high level of quality, efficiency and sustainability with which the employees lead projects across Europe to success. LIERSCH retail solution lives flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes and counts on the competencies and ideas of its employees.
We are hiring:

Commercial employee in the accounting department (m/f/d) permanent
Part time 30 hours / week

Your tasks:
  • With your expertise, you provide operational support to colleagues in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payment transactions
  • You actively contribute to projects for the organization, digitalization and automation of processes in accounting
  • Assistance with general administrative and organizational tasks in finance and accounting
  • Vacation and sickness replacement

What you should bring with you:
  • A successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working as well as a distinctive team spirit and high commitment
  • You have very good analytical skills and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • An engaging, authentic demeanor, combined with a high level of communication/organizational skills.
  • Open-minded towards new software applications (PDS)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally knowledge of Datev company online application
  • Very good written and spoken German skills round off your profile
